El Mago de la Publicidad (Wizard of Ads, Inc.) caters to owner operated companies with the hunger to grow not by percentages, but by multiples, providing Marketing Strategy, Message Development and Media Negotiation services. This branch specifically focuses on Hispanic-owned businesses (marketing either in English or Spanish) and any other business that wants to seriously market to the U.S. Hispanic community.
The first step toward becoming a Wizard of Ads client is to contact us either by email or phone for an initial consultation. What we need to do is familiarize ourselves with your specific business and the goals that you are trying to achieve, both immediate and long term, and see if our services are a good fit for your needs.
Our compensation is tied to your growth. The only way for us to make more money is to increase the size of your business. If we increase the size of your business by 20 percent in one year, we get a 20 percent raise in our monthly salary the following year. If we double your business, you double our salary. Each year is benchmarked against the previous year and you can dismiss us at the end of any annual agreement.
The growth of your business will be determined by the following five factors:
1. Total Market Potential: How much will be spent by the public in your product or service category this year? What is the depth of your current market penetration? How many dollars remain on the table
2. Message Development: How well do you tell your story? What is the Impact Quotient of your ads?
3. Media Plan: How efficiently are your ad dollars being spent?
4. Competitive Environment: How good are your competitors at what they do?
5. Competency: How good are you?
We're counting on you for Number 5.
We begin your process with a day long consultation in our headquarters in Buda, TX so that we can meet face to face and plan a strategy that is perfect for your business.
Approximately 30 days after our Market Uncovery visit, you will travel to meet with us for a second time at your initial Summary Retreat. This is where you will be presented with our findings and your new campaign will be revealed. Upon your acceptance of your new campaign and media plan the one-time fee paid for the development of the master plan will be exhausted and we will receive a small monthly salary to implement your plan on a monthly basis. This monthly fee will be adjusted annually by the percentage that your business has grown.
We cover all our travel expenses during the Market Uncovery visit, including airfare, hotel, rental car, meals, etc. You will not be charged for these. Likewise, your expenses when you travel to meet with us for your initial Summary Retreat (and each year thereafter when we meet for your annual Marketing Retreats) will be your own.
Your initial, one-time Master Planning fee and ongoing monthly implementation fee will be based (1.) on the complexity of your plan, and (2.) how much we believe in your ability to grow. (Remember: our monthly fees are adjusted annually by the amount your business has grown. Therefore, the smallest fees are quoted to those businesses that are estimated to have the greatest growth potential.)
